The Only Old School Toner I'd Ever Use
If you had to use a toner with isopropyl alcohol, which would it be? For me, it's hands-down the Mario Badescu Cucumber Cleansing Lotion. It's not a lotion - it's a toner. And it's for those days you really want to get the gunk out of your pores or kill bacteria.
I wouldn't recommend it for daily use unless you really need it. But it's the one old school formulation that I can't let go. The scent has traces of cucumber, but also slight florals of geranium and lavender.
