Mister A's Phone Discovered in Storage Locker - Miracle or Manipulation?

How many coincidences are too many in the ongoing mystery surrounding the tragic passing of 21-year-old medical student Son Jung Min? After weeks of going missing, "Mister A's" phone suddenly reappears in the Banpo Riverside Park. Apparently, it's been sitting inside a storage locker for nearly three weeks after a sanitation worker claims he found it on May 11th.

However, it's almost certain that the phone did not remain out in the open from April 25th when it went missing. So where did it go? Who brought it back to the park to be discovered? And... why?
