Is Mangwon really the next IT place? Now that Hongdae has become fully tapped out and commercialized, Yeonnam is the place to be. But now there are already signs of overheating and overbranding. Does that mean nearby Mangwon is next? Travelog seems to think so.
What makes an 'it' neighborhood for you? For me it's a place where free thought and its commercial applications in housing, food, art, fashion, culture, public spaces and groceries can compete freely.
